“I used your T-ring a second time (now I'm out) last night on a small finger flap that wouldn't stop bleeding, was too small to suture but dermabondable once the bleeding stopped. Worked perfectly
On both cases, when I removed the ring there was some oozing and I put it back on and dermabonded over the oozing part.
I don't know if you describe this type of procedure in your literature, but it definitely solved the issue for me.”

“As a hand surgeon, I frequently operate on the thumb or fingers for which control of bleeding is critical . The “T-RING” is an ingenious new product which I rely on to achieve both effective exsanguinations and to control bleeding. This device is simply slipped from the top of the digit to the base, and quite elegantly allows procedures to be done in a bloodless environment. I congratulate the staff at Precision Medical Devices who have designed such a simple, safe, and reliable digital tourniquet.”

This product sample was picked up at the 2009 ACEP meeting in Boston.

We used it last night on a little girl who had a piece of furniture fall on her finger.

It worked very well. The plastic ring snaps and allows the elastic material to be pulled and stretched to remove it from the finger.
